The Dating Pool X Channel 4

Overview

I’ve been hired by Renaissance studios London, female led production on company dedicated to creating innovative and inspiring content that connects with audiences around the world. The dating pool is a unique dating show where the ultimate destination is love? Comedian Spuddz invites influencers and singletons into his cab for some speedy date on the road. The Da ng Pool can be found on Channel 4.0 YouTube Channel.

Challenges & Approach

I had a couple of job roles on this production, which was a camera assistant and colourist for the 4.0 deliverable. I’ve worked on various roles throughout the production on process but this by far was definitely one of the most interesting as a Camera assistant because I was seeing to 5 cameras in the car 3 cameras for the date scene and couple of cameras for the GV shots.

The result

All 4 episodes kicked off the launch on Channel 4’s YouTube channel 4.0 the engagement was amazing because of the response of the show Renaissance Studio London was asked to do a number of projects alongside Channel 4 internal & external. We were asked to do a casting for a number other productions on 4.0 where I was the cinematographer, we as asked to do black to front and few other commissions are in the works with ITV.
